The rental cost is $450. Included in the $450 total is a $200 damage deposit. As long as you do not damage the property or leave it in an undesirable manner, you will receive your $200 damage deposit back.
The room will hold around 100 people with tables and chairs set up.
The room is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The room must be cleaned and locked by 10pm.
Yes. You can come by anytime during Shawnee Golf Course business hours and look at the room. You will not be able to view the room if the facility has already been rented.
The full $450 is due at the time of signing the rental agreement. We can not reserve the room for any less than $450.

We have approximately 100 chairs. The tables we have are: 10 round tables and 12 rectangular tables (6×8 feet long)
Yes, you are required to set up and take down the room. We will show you where to put your trash after your event. We ask that you leave the room just how you received it. You will need to pick/sweep up any decorations or trash off of floor.
As long as there is no damage, you will receive your full deposit. Please call the Shawnee Golf Course staff 7 days after your event and your check should be available. The check will be made out to the person who signed the rental agreement. He/She will need to present the contract and have photo ID to pick up the check.
